Crime Stoppers needs your help to catch the suspects who stole over a thousand dollars worth of cigarettes from a local business.

On Friday July 2, 2010 at approximately 8:10 pm, the camera at the Circle K located at 2331 Robley Drive caught two black males on camera as they entered the store. As each suspect occuppied the clerks attention at the counter, the other suspect went to the storage room in the back of the store and stole cigarettes out of a storage cabinet by stuffing them into their clothes. In all, over $1,500.00 worth of cigarettes were stolen.

If you recognize either one of these suspects or have any information abou this crime, call Crime Stoppers and you could earn up to $1,000.00 reward.  All callers remain anonymous.

Lafayette Police need your help in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday June 9, 2010. Two mask men entered a local business armed with knives and demanded money from the clerk. Now Lafayette Crime Stoppers need your help with identifying the suspects.  Two black males entered Cracker Barrel at 12:46 am armed with knives. They jumped the sales counter and demanded money from the clerk. Surveillance video captures the entire incident as the suspects receive an unspecified amount of cash frm the business. Both are in their 20`s, 5`8" 140-150 lbs wearing bandannas over their faces.  If you can help solved this crime, call our tips line day or night.

Lafayette Police need your help in connection with a Simple Robbery that occurred Saturday, February 27, 2010. The suspects stole 37 cartons of cigarettes and cash.  Now Lafayette Crime Stoppers need your help with identifying the suspects.

The suspects entered the store at 4:38 am and produced a small silver handgun, possibly a .38 cal.  The suspects demanded cigarettes and cash from the clerk.  They are described as black males, 5`7", 140 lbs to 145 lbs, wearing a navy blue hoodie and dark jeans.

Last month a white 16 foot enclosed trailer was stolen from the 100 block of Rue
Bastille that contained two Bad Boy Lightning Zero 52 inch lawn mowers.

This is a brand of lawn mowers that is new to the area and is a distinct orange color.
The license plate on the trailer is L054262 / LA and the lawn mowers are valued at
$8000 each.

Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the lawn mowers and
people responsible for the theft. Anyone with information is asked to call the
Lafayette Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.

Lafayette Police need your help in connection with a Simple Burglary that occurred the weekend of January 22,2010.  The suspects stole several pieces of electronic equipment valued at $10,000. Now Lafayette Crime Stoppers need your help with identifying the suspect.

The suspects forced their way into the school through classroom windows. Once inside, they stole three 1- Mac computers, 2-tripods, 1-camcorner, 1-helmet camera and 1-fish eye lens.  Police investigators believe several suspects were involved with committing this burglary.  If you can help solve this crime, call our tips line at 232-8477.

Lafayette Police Need your help in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Tuesday December 29, 2009 at 7:47pm.  The robbery was captured on surveillance video. Now Lafayette Crime Stoppers need your help with identifying the suspect.

The suspect enters the business with a ski-mask over his face brandishing a semi-automatic Handgun.  The suspect runs up to the clerk, points a weapon at her and demands money. He is described as a white male, 5`7"-5`10", 160-175lbs with a tattoo on his right forearm wearing blue jeans and a grey t-shirt. The suspect receives an undertermined amount of cash from the business and flees.
